THANK YOU to everyone who volunteered for the Fall Feast.  It was a great success. The students had a great time and the food was wonderful.  We could not have done it without your help.  Micanopy Middle School always appreciates the time and effort our parents give us, it helps make our school such a success.

INTERIM REPORTS will be sent home with students on December 7th.

WINTER HOLIDAY begins with a ½ day on Friday, December 16th at 12:00, through January 2nd.  Classes will resume on January 3rd.  Have a wonderful Holiday.

NEW STUDENT OPENINGS  MMS has openings for new students in all grades.  If you know anyone who is interested in sending their child to our school, please have them call.

TRANSPORTATION   If you have not paid the Transportation Donation for the month of November, please send it in with your child.  December donations are due before the Christmas Break.  Thank you for helping us provide transportation for our students.

A reading contest is being held at the school.  The goal is for each student to read 40 books this year.  That works out to an average of 4 books per month.  The student who has read the highest number of books will be rewarded as will the class which has read the highest number.  Please encourage your children to participate.
